Overview
The NIRUN DV-79 digital Viscometer is an instrument with single-turn multiple sampling technology, equipped with a high-subdivision drive stepper motor to ensure accurate and smooth speed, and is not affected by changes in AC voltage frequency. For thixotropic non-Newtonian liquids, its timing function ensures data conformity. LCD liquid crystal with blue backlight directly displays viscosity, speed, percentile torque and the measurable viscosity value of the rotor at the current speed. The viscosity value changes continuously, and there is an alarm prompt beyond the measurement range.
Features
1. Stepper motor direct drive, no gear, accurate speed
2. LCD liquid crystal with blue backlight, displaying a large amount of information
3. Display the maximum viscosity value of the rotor that can be measured at the current speed
4. Timing measurement function
5. The viscosity value shows continuous change
6. There is an alarm sound beyond the measurement range
7. Standard RTD Temperature Probe
8. Computer full-scale linear correction
9. AC Power Adapter 100V-240V, good anti-interference
Principle
The instrument uses a high subdivision drive stepper motor swirl/spin to achieve single-turn multiple sampling, ensuring accurate and smooth speed, not affected by changes in AC voltage frequency, so as to accurately measure liquid viscosity. For thixotropic non-Newtonian liquids, the timing function helps to obtain conformity data.
Applications
Starch, Glue, Latex, Adhesive solvent, polymer solution, petroleum, paints, solvents, cosmetics, milk products, fruit juice
Steps
1. Connect the Power Adapter
2. Select the right rotor and container
3. Set the speed and timing functions
4. Place the sample in the measurement container
5. Start the measurement and observe the LCD display
6. Record viscosity data, pay attention to alarm prompts
Notice
• Power frequency within 100~ 240V range
• Check whether the rotor and container match before use
• Avoid exceeding the viscosity measurement range to prevent alarm
Periodically calibrate instruments to ensure accuracy
• Pay attention to the temperature range 0~ 120 ℃ when measuring
• Keep the instrument clean to avoid liquid contamination
