Overview
JND-P60 Glossiness Meter is a gloss measurement instrument designed and manufactured by JND brand with reference to international standard ISO 2813 and Chinese national standard GB/T9754. Its technical parameters meet a number of domestic and foreign standards, and the performance indicators meet the requirements of the national first-class working machine. Traceability of Gloss value can be used to the gloss benchmark of Shanghai Institute of Measurement and Testing Technology (SIMT).

Principle
The Glossiness Meter is designed with reference to the principle of mirror gloss measurement. Illuminant irradiates the measured surface at a specific angle (60 °) and receives reflected light at the corresponding angle to calculate the gloss value of the surface. Its optical path design is professional, ensuring the stability and reliability of the measurement data.

Steps
Step 1 Power on.
2. Use the standard black and white calibration plate to calibrate.
3. Place the probe smoothly on the surface of the tested object for measurement.
4. Read and record measurement data.
Notice
* Make sure the instrument is calibrated before measurement.
* When measuring, the probe should be smoothly and tightly fitted to the measured surface.
* Avoid use in strong electromagnetic interference environments.
* Please use the original charger to charge, the charging time is about 14-16 hours.
* Instrument housing is non-conductive design, but still need to pay attention to the use of safety.
The probe is designed with a soft surface, but it is still necessary to avoid collisions with sharp hard objects.
When not in use for a long time, it is recommended to regularly charge and discharge the battery for maintenance.
