Overview
Japan OSP stainless steel brush S-12 is a tool specially designed for laboratory bar and production machine anilox roller cleaning. The wire bristle length is 12mm, the bristle part is 12mm wide and 75mm long, and the base is made of wood, which is suitable for all kinds of anilox roller cleaning needs.

Principle
Through the ultra-fine soft wire bristles with the cleaning liquid, the surface of the anilox roller is brushed in a circular motion, which effectively clears the blockage without damaging the surface of the instrument.

Steps
1. Rinse Mayer Rods surface inks with water after shutdown
2. Spreader cleaning solution evenly on the surface of the anilox roller, wait for ten minutes and then brush with a wire brush in circular motion for 3-5 minutes, and let the foam stay for 3-5 minutes after brushing
3. Rinse the cleaning solution thoroughly with water
4. When the blockage is serious, the residence time of the cleaning liquid and the brushing time can be extended, or the above steps can be repeability
