Overview
Japan OSP stainless steel brush W-16 is a tool specially designed for cleaning anilox rollers in laboratory Mayer Rods and production machines. The bristle part is 25mm wide and 100mm long, and the bristle length is 16mm. It uses a wooden base with a total of 156 acupoints in 8 rows, which is suitable for efficient and non-damaging cleaning of roller surfaces.
Features
The diameter of the bristle wire is only 0.06mm, which is thinner than the 0.07mm commonly found on the market, and the cleaning effect is more effective.

Principle
The product uses its ultra-fine and soft wire bristles to scrub the surface of an anilox roller or Mayer Rods in circular motion with cleaning fluid, effectively removing blocked inks and other residues for deep cleaning.

Steps
1. After shutdown, wash off the inks on the surface of Mayer Rods with water first.
2. Spreader the cleaning solution directly on the surface of the anilox roller, wait for about ten minutes, and then brush Mayer Rods in circular motion with the anilox roller wire brush for 3 to 5 minutes. After brushing, let the generated foam stay on the surface of the anilox roller for 3 to 5 minutes.
3. Finally, rinse off the cleaning liquid with water, and be careful not to leave the cleaning liquid on the surface of the anilox roller.
4. If the Mayer Rods blockage is serious, the residence time and brushing time of the cleaning liquid can be appropriately extended, or the above steps can be repeability.
