Overview
Japan OSP stainless steel brush W-8 is a precision tool designed for cleaning anilox rollers and laboratory Mayer Rods. The bristle part is 25mm wide and 100mm long, composed of 156 acupoints in 8 rows, the bristle length is 8mm, and the base is a 10mm thick wooden structure.
Features
The diameter of the bristle wire is only 0.06mm, which is thinner than the 0.07mm commonly found on the market and more effective for cleaning.
2. The ultra-fine steel wire makes the bristles extremely soft, effectively cleaning without damaging the roller surface.
3. Originating in Japan, each piece is handmade by experienced craftsmen with reliable quality.
Principle
The product uses its ultra-fine and soft wire bristles to brush the surface of an anilox roller or Mayer Rods in circular motion with a cleaning solution. The fine bristles penetrate deep into the mesh to effectively remove residual inks or blockages, while the soft material ensures no scratches on the precision roller surface during cleaning.
Applications
Production machine anilox roller cleaning, laboratory wire-wound drawdown bar cleaning
Steps
1. After shutdown, rinse the surface of Mayer Rods with water to remove inks.
2. Spreader the cleaning solution evenly on the surface of the anilox roller and wait for about ten minutes. Then brush with a wire brush in circular motion for 3 to 5 minutes. After generating foam, let the foam stay on the surface for 3 to 5 minutes.
3. Rinse off the cleaning liquid thoroughly with water to ensure that there is no residue on the surface.
4. If the blockage is serious, the cleaning liquid stay and brushing time can be appropriately extended, or the above steps can be repeability.
Notice
• After use, rinse the cleaning solution thoroughly with water to avoid residue.
• For severe blockages, extended treatment time or repeability of the cleaning process may be required.
