Overview
BDJK HMS-901B Magnetic Stirrer uses a micro-motor to drive the high temperature resistant strong magnet swirl/spin to generate a swirl/spin magnetic field, which drives the Stir in the container to rotate to realize the Stir of the liquid. At the same time, the solution can be heated synchronously to make the solution fully mixed and reacted at the set temperature, and is widely used in biology, chemistry, chemical industry and other fields.
Features
1. Adopt ND servo motor drive to ensure stable operation
2. Support stepless speed regulation, speed range 0~ 1250rpm
3. Equipped with synchronous heating function to achieve temperature control
4. Max. Capacity of stirring up to 5L, suitable for a variety of capacity requirements
5. Compact design, size 160 * 140 * 54mm
6. Wide voltage input, support 110~ 230V power supply
Principle
The device drives the high temperature resistant strong magnet swirl/spin to generate a swirl/spin magnetic field through a micro-motor, which drives the Stir in the container to rotate to achieve the purpose of Stir liquid. At the same time, the solution can be heated to make the solution fully mixed and reacted at the set temperature.
Steps
1. Place the Multi-point Magnetic Stirrer in the beaker containing the solution
2. Place the beaker on the heating plate and insert the sensing element
3. Turn on the power, adjust the heating speed, and turn on the Stir.
4. Stir slowly adjust the speed control button to avoid Stir beating; if the beating should stop quickly, and slowly increase the speed after standing still
5. The liquid with large viscosity at room temperature should be gradually heated up to avoid the rupture of the container. The sensing element needs to be inserted into the external water jacket
6. When measuring the temperature in the container, slowly turn the temperature adjustment knob to make the temperature indicator red label drop, and the red label indicates the temperature when the red light is on, which is the liquid temperature
Notice
• Stir must slowly adjust the speed control button, adjust too fast will make Stir rotor from the magnetic force of the magnet and cause beating
• If there is a beating, the knob should be quickly stopped, and then slowly increase the speed after the Stir is still.
• Liquids with large viscosity at room temperature have poor thermal conductivity performance, and should not heat up quickly when heating Stir to avoid container rupture
• Should make full use of thermostatic devices to gradually increase temperature in stages
• When heating, the sensing element must be inserted into the external water jacket
