Overview
The HMS-5 multi-point Magnetic Stirrer is a multi-point digital display Magnetic Stirrer of the BDJK brand, with 5 working positions, optional with and without heating function. The instrument has a novel and beautiful design, easy operation, continuous adjustable Stir speed, smooth and quiet operation. The temperature of the heating plate surface can be arbitrarily set in the range of room temperature to 200 ° C, and the sample temperature can be heated up to 100 ° C. The heating module adopts nano-thermal energy technology, which heats quickly, has a large heating area and uniform heating. It is suitable for experiments such as large-scale sample screening, foster, condensing and solvent evaporation.
Features
1. The heating module adopts nano-thermal energy technology, no mechanical heating components, can be dry burned, no electromagnetic field interference and harm, large heating area, uniform heating, and rapid heating.
2. Stir 1-500ml standard or non-standard containers of various shapes and sizes.
3, using DC motor, stable performance, low noise, long life, low speed stable, high speed strong;
4. The fuselage is made of aluminum oxide alloy, and the appearance design is novel and beautiful;
5. The working panel adopts German Microcrystalline Pottery and porcelain, which is acid-resistant, alkali-resistant, high temperature-resistant and easy to clean.
Principle
The Magnetic Stirrer drives the magnetic rotor through a DC motor to generate a swirl/spin magnetic field, so that the Stir placed in the container follows the swirl/spin to realize liquid Stir. The heating function uses nano-thermal energy technology to evenly transfer heat to the sample container through the heating plate surface to achieve temperature control.
Applications
Biological, petroleum, chemical, environmental protection
Steps
1. Place the Stirrer on a stable countertop and connect the power supply.
2. Stir the appropriate size into the container according to the experimental requirements.
3. Place the container on the Stirrer working panel.
4. Turn on the power switch and adjust the speed knob to the required speed.
5. If heating is required, set the heating temperature.
6. After the experiment is completed, turn off the power and clean the working panel.
Notice
• Power frequency and equipment requirements before use (220V/110V)
• Ambient Temperature should be kept within 5 ℃~ 40 ℃
• The environment humidity should be less than 90%
• Maximum Stirring Capacity does not exceed 500ml
• Stir length should not exceed 40mm
• Be careful that the sample temperature does not exceed 100 ° C when heating
• Use soft fabric when cleaning to avoid scratching Microcrystalline Pottery and porcelain panels
