Overview
PUSHEN GJ-1 (2.0-2 mm) grind glass bead is a colorless transparent, smooth surface, uniform size sphere, suitable for dyestuff, paints, inks, chemical and other industries, can be used as dispersant, grinding medium and filling material. The product has good transparency, stable chemical performance and low cost, which is not only suitable for grinding of general materials, but also can be used as shot peening beads and reflective beads.
Features
1. Appearance smooth and round, no obvious bubbles or impurities, round rate ≥ 80%.
2. Hardness is high, Abrasion Resistance is good, Mohs Hardness is 6-7, compressire strength > 1200N.
3. Stable chemical performance, composed of Sodium Calcium Glass, SiO2 content > 68%.
4. Excellent physical performance, density of 2.4-2 g/cm ³, refractive index Nd ≥ 1.50.
5. Good transparency, low cost and wide application range.
Principle
Grinding Glass beads, as a grinding medium, collide and rub with materials through high-speed motion in grinding equipment, and use their high Hardness and Abrasion Resistance to crush, disperse and refine materials, thereby improving grinding efficiency and product mass.
