Overview
PUSHEN GJ-1 ground Glass beads are colorless and transparent spheres with smooth surface, uniform size, high Hardness and wear stability. Made of Sodium Calcium Glass with high silica content, it is suitable for dyestuff, paints, inks, chemical industries, etc. It can be used as a dispersant, grinding medium and filling material, and can also be used as shot peening beads and reflective beads.

1. Appearance smooth and round, colorless and transparent, no obvious bubbles or impurities.
2. High rounding rate, ≥ 80%.
3. Hardness, Mohs Hardness 6-7, microhardness ≥ 680kg/mm ², compressire strength > 1200N.
4. Stable chemical performance, density of 2.4-2 g/cm ³, refractive index Nd ≥ 1.50.
5. Low cost, suitable for grinding of general materials.
Principle
As a grinding medium, grinding Glass beads collide and rub with materials through high-speed motion in grinding equipment, and use their high Hardness and Abrasion Resistance to crush and disperse material particles, so as to achieve the purpose of refining particles and uniformly mixing.
