Overview
PUSHEN GJ-1 (1.0-1 mm) grinding glass bead is a colorless and transparent sphere with smooth surface, uniform size, high Hardness, wear resistance and stable performance. It is suitable for dyestuff, paints, inks, chemical and other industries, and can be used as dispersant, grinding medium and filling material. The product has good transparency, stable chemical performance and low cost. It can be used for grinding of general materials, as well as shot peening beads and reflective beads.

Principle
Grinding Glass beads, as a grinding medium, collide, rub and shear with materials through high-speed motion in grinding equipment (such as sand mills), so as to crush, disperse and refine the material particles to achieve the purpose of grinding and dispersion. Its high Hardness and Abrasion Resistance ensure grinding efficiency and service life.
