Overview
PUSHEN GJ-1 (3.5-4 mm) grind Glass beads are colorless and transparent spheres with smooth surface, uniform size, high Hardness, wear resistance and stable performance. Made of Sodium Calcium Glass with high silica content, it is suitable for dyestuff, paints, inks, chemical industries, etc. It can be used as a dispersant, grinding medium and filling material, and is also suitable for shot peening beads and reflective beads.

Principle
As a grinding medium, Glass beads collide and rub with materials through high-speed motion in grinding equipment, and use their high Hardness and Abrasion Resistance to crush and refine material particles to achieve efficient dispersion and grinding.
