Overview
PUSHEN GJ-2 (2.5-3 mm) grinding Glass bead is a colorless, transparent, smooth and round sphere without obvious bubbles or impurities. It is made of Sodium Calcium Glass with high silica content and has the characteristics of high Hardness, wear resistance and good chemical Stability. The product is widely used as a dispersant, grinding medium and filling material in dyestuff, paints, inks, chemical industry and other industries. It has good toughness and wear resistance, especially suitable for grinding of medium and low viscosity materials, and can also be used as shot peening beads.

Principle
Grinding Glass beads, as a grinding medium, collide, shear and rub with the material through high-speed motion in grinding equipment (such as sand mills), so as to refine and disperse the particles in the material to achieve the purpose of grinding and dispersion. Its high Hardness and Abrasion Resistance ensure that the shape and performance can be maintained in the long-term grinding process, effectively improving the grinding efficiency.
