Overview
PUSHEN GJ 0.6-0 Grinding Glass Bead is a colorless and transparent sphere made of Sodium Calcium Glass or Borosilicate Glass. Appearance is smooth and round, without obvious bubbles or impurities. It is widely used as a dispersant, grinding medium and filling material in dyestuff, paints, inks, chemical and other industries, and can also be used for shot peening. The product has the characteristics of smooth surface, uniform size, high Hardness, wear resistance and good chemical Stability.

Principle
Grinding Glass beads, as a grinding medium, collide and rub with the material through high-speed motion in grinding equipment (such as sand mills), so as to break and disperse the particles in the material to achieve the purpose of refining the particles and uniformly mixing. Its high Hardness and Abrasion Resistance ensure grinding efficiency and service life.

Steps
1. According to the material viscosity and grinding requirements, choose the appropriate grinding equipment (such as sand mill).
2. Add an appropriate amount of ground Glass beads to the grinding cavity.
3. Add the material to be ground.
4. Start the equipment for grinding, and control the grinding time, Rotation speed and other parameters according to the process requirements.
5. After grinding, separate the material and Glass beads and collect the finished product.
