Overview
PUSHEN GJ-3 (0.6-0 mm) grinding glass bead is a colorless transparent sphere with smooth surface, uniform size, high Hardness, wear resistance and stable chemical properties. It is widely used as a dispersant, grinding medium and filling material in dyestuff, paints, inks, chemical and other industries. The product has high specific gravity, high strength and low abrasion, and is especially suitable for dry and wet grinding of medium and high viscosity materials, high solid materials and ultra-fine grinding.

Principle
Grinding Glass beads, as the grinding medium, collide, shear and rub with the material through high-speed motion in the grinding equipment, thereby crushing, dispersing and refining the material particles to achieve the effect of ultra-fine grinding and uniform dispersion. Its high Hardness and Abrasion Resistance ensure grinding efficiency and service life.
