Overview
PUSHEN GJ-3 (3.5-4 mm) grinding Glass beads are colorless, transparent, smooth, uniform-sized spheres made of Sodium Calcium Glass with a silica content greater than 68%. It has high Hardness, high Abrasion Resistance and good Chemical Stability, and is suitable for dry and wet grinding processes of medium to high viscosity, high Solid content materials, especially for ultra-fine grinding.
Features
1. Smooth surface, uniform size, smooth and round.
2. Hardness, Mohs Hardness up to 6-7, microhardness ≥ 720kg/mm ².
3. Abrasion Resistance is good, abrasion is low.

5. High compressire strength, greater than 1200N.
The specific gravity (2.4-2 g/cm ³) is 1.65g/cm ³.
7. High rounding rate, ≥ 80%.

Principle
Grinding Glass beads are used as grinding media to crush and disperse materials through impact and shear forces generated by high-speed motion in grinding equipment (such as sand mills), so as to achieve the purpose of refining particles and uniformly mixing. Its high Hardness and Abrasion Resistance ensure grinding efficiency and service life.
