Principle
The machine drives the working plate to reciprocate linearly through the motor, and drives the friction head installed with the friction medium (alcohol) to rub the surface of the sample. The user can adjust the friction load, the working plate Rotation speed and Test Travel, and record the number of frictions through the counter to evaluate the wear resistance of the sample surface coating or printing font performance.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply (AC220V 50/60Hz) and turn on the power switch (A).
2. Fix the sample to be tested on the working platform (I).
3. According to the test requirements, adjust the height of the friction head fixture (H) through the height adjustment handle (G), and select the appropriate friction load blocks (10g, 20g, 25g, 50g, 100g, 200g, 500g).
4. Install the friction medium (e.g. alcohol cotton) on the friction head fixture (H).
5. Rotation speed (1-80 times/min) is set by the governor (E), and the Rotation speed table (B) can visually display the current speed.
6. Set the required number of tests (0-999999) on the counter (F).
7. Press the work switch (C) to start the test.
8. After the test reaches the set number of times, it will automatically stop, record and evaluate the test results.

* Power supply voltage is AC220V 50/60Hz and properly grounded.

Select the appropriate friction load according to the test sample to avoid damage to the equipment or sample due to overload.
