Overview
FA1004 Electronic Analytical Balance is a High Accuracy and High Stability Electronic Analytical Balance under the LICHEN brand. It uses high-performance single-chip microprocessor control, combined with fully transparent sealing cover design and tactile feedback buttons to ensure the Accuracy, Stability and ease of operation of weighing, and can meet the various requirements of laboratory mass analysis.

Principle
The FA1004 Electronic Analytical Balance works on the principle of an electromagnetic equilibrated Sensor. When the sample is placed on a pan, the Sensor generates an electrical signal proportional to the sample mass. The signal is processed and calculated by a high-performance single-chip microprocessor, and the exact mass value is finally displayed on the LCD screen.

Steps
1. Place the Balance on a stable bench, connect the power supply, and warm up for 60 minutes.
2. After booting, external calibrate as needed (using 100g external weight).
3. Place the item to be weighed gently in the center of the stainless steel pan.
4. After the display screen reading is stable (Stabilization time ≤ 6 seconds), read and record the weighing result.
5. After weighing, remove the items and clean the pan.

• Please place the Balance on a stable, vibration-free water platform.
• Avoid use in environments with direct sunlight, strong airflow or severe temperature fluctuations.
• Before weighing items, make sure the Balance is fully preheated (60 minutes recommended).
• Before accurate weighing, be sure to calibrate with external weight.
• Do not exceed Balance Capacity (100g).
• Keep the pan clean and avoid direct contact with corrosive substances.
• Handle with care during mobile days to avoid violent vibrations.
• When cleaning, use a soft dry cloth and avoid using chemical solvents.
• When not in use for a long time, please disconnect the power supply.
