SZQ-75 (75mm) single-sided Applicator is a manual laboratory coating applicator with a film thickness of 75μm, an application width of 75mm, and an accuracy of +/- 2μm. Before leaving the factory, it is tested by imported three-coordinate dimensional accuracy to ensure film accuracy. Principle
The Film Applicator manually scrapes the surface of the substrate to form a wet-film of the specified thickness. The Applicator uses its precise Spreader gap to control the film thickness, ensuring the accuracy and repeatability of experimental results.
