Principle
The FA2204 Electronic Analytical Balance is controlled by a high-performance single-chip microprocessor, and the core component is the High Accuracy Electromagnetic Equilibrating Sensor. The Sensor realizes accurate weighing through the principle of electromagnetic force equilibrating, and the microprocessor is responsible for processing the Sensor signal, controlling the calibrating process, adjusting the weighing parameters and managing the data output to ensure the precision and Stability of the Balance.
Applications
Research, education, agriculture, jewelry
Standards
Precision level: Class I
Steps
1. Place the Balance on a stable table and turn on the power supply.
2. Preheat for 60 minutes to ensure stable performance.
3. Before use, fully automatic external calibrating (using 200g external weight) as required.
4. Place the items to be weighed gently on the stainless steel pan.
5. Set the desired weighing mode (e.g. unit conversion, counting, etc.) through the tactile feedback button.
6. Read the data after the display screen reading is stable (Stabilization time ≤ 8 seconds).
7. After weighing, external devices can be connected to transmit data through the built-in RS-232 interface.
Notice
• Make sure the Balance is fully warmed up (60 minutes) before use.
• Please place the Balance on a stable, vibration-free water platform for use.
• Before accurate weighing, be sure to calibrate with external weight.
• Handle with care when weighing items to avoid Impact pan.
• Keep the pan clean and avoid direct contact with corrosive substances.
• Power supply voltage specified (220V · 50Hz/5V · 2.5A).
• When the instrument is not in use, please disconnect the power connection.
