Overview
DHG-9070 stainless steel blast drying oven is a basic laboratory equipment under the PUSHEN brand, made of stainless steel liner. The equipment can be used for rapid drying and heat resistance testing of materials, with rapid heating and Temperature Uniformity.

Principle
The equipment sets and maintains the required temperature through a microcomputer temperature controller, the internal heating element generates heat, and the hot air is forced to circulate in the studio and a specific air duct driven by a high-temperature fan, so as to achieve a uniform distribution of the temperature in the box and achieve the purpose of rapid and uniform drying or testing materials.

Steps
1. Place the sample to be processed in the studio.
2. Set the required temperature and timing time through the microcomputer temperature controller.
3. Start the equipment, the fan starts to work, heating and hot air circulation.
4. After reaching the set time or completing the drying/test, turn off the equipment and remove the sample.
Notice
Do not touch high-temperature surfaces while the device is running.
• When placing the sample, do not block the air duct outlet to ensure smooth hot air circulation.
• Please set the appropriate temperature and time according to the material characteristics.
• After the equipment is used up, please clean the studio in time.
