Principle
The equipment generates heat through electric heating elements, and the built-in high-temperature fan drives the air to force circulation in the optimized air duct to form a uniform hot air. Steps
1. Place the sample to be processed in the studio.
2. Close the box door.
3. Set the required temperature and Working time through the microcomputer temperature controller.
4. Start the equipment and start heating and blast operation.
5. After the work is completed, the device may automatically stop or issue a prompt according to the settings to remove the sample.
Notice
Equipment should be used in a well-ventilated environment.
• Do not dry flammable, explosive, volatile and corrosion items.
• When placing the sample, do not block the air duct outlet and return trend in the working room to ensure uniform temperature.
• When taking samples, please pay attention to high temperature to avoid burns.
• During operation, do not open the door frequently, so as not to affect the Temperature Stability and equipment life.
• Regularly check whether the fan is running normally to ensure that the hot air circulation system works effectively.
