Overview
DHG stainless steel blast drying oven is the basic equipment in the laboratory, which is used for rapid drying of materials and heat resistance testing. Its mass is reflected in the short time of heating to the rated temperature and the good Temperature Uniformity.
Features
1. The inner tank of the box is made of mirror stainless steel argon arc welding, and the outer shell of the box is made of high-quality steel plate, which is beautiful and novel in appearance.
2. Adopt a microcomputer temperature controller with temperature control protection and digital display, with timing function, accurate and reliable temperature control.
3. The hot air circulation system consists of a fan that can operate continuously at high temperature and a suitable air duct.
4. The temperature in the working room is uniform.
Principle
The equipment precisely sets and controls the temperature through a microcomputer temperature controller. The internal heating element generates heat, which is driven by a high-temperature fan, and forms hot air circulation through a specific air duct, so that the hot air flows evenly inside the studio, thus achieving a fast and uniform drying or heating effect.
Applications
Rapid material drying, material heat resistance test
Steps
1. Place the sample to be processed in the studio.
2. Close the box door.
3. Set the required temperature and Working time through the microcomputer temperature controller.
4. Start the equipment and start the heating and blast circulation.
5. After the work is completed, take out the sample after the equipment is chilled down.
Notice
Equipment should be placed in a smooth, well-ventilated environment.
• The samples placed should not exceed the volume of the studio and ensure smooth air circulation.
The set temperature must not exceed the maximum rated temperature of the equipment (500 ° C).
• Do not open and close the box door frequently during operation, so as not to affect Temperature uniformity and efficiency.
• After the work is completed, wait for the equipment to fully chill down before taking out the sample to prevent burns.
• Regularly clean the inside of the equipment to keep the air duct open.
