Overview
The PUSHEN PS 2925 Digital Display Micrometer is a precision measurement tool for rapid measurement of sample inner diameter, outer diameter, depth and steps, supporting direct and comparative measurements. The product is made of all stainless steel and has the function of interchanging metric and imperial units.
Features
1. Made of all stainless steel, it is sturdy and durable.
2. With the function of swapping metric and imperial units, it is flexible to use.
3. Measurement range 0~ 25mm, resolution up to 0.001mm, high accuracy.
4. The indication variability is 0.001mm, and the measurement Stability is good.
Principle
Mechanical displacement between the anvil and the measuring screw is converted into an electrical signal by the built-in capacitance grid or Inductance Displacement Sensor, and the measurement results are directly displayed in digital form on the LCD screen after processing by the internal circuit, so as to achieve fast and accurate readings.
Applications
Machining, mold manufacturing, precision parts testing, scientific research experiments, mass inspection
Steps
1. Clean the measurement surface and the workpiece under test.
2. Press the power button or any key to turn it on.
3. To switch units, press the "mm/in" key to select metric or imperial.
4. Swirl/spin differential cylinder, so that the measuring anvil and the micrometer screw are separated to slightly larger than the measured size.
5. Place the workpiece between the two measurement surfaces and gently swirl/spin the force measuring device (ratchet) until it makes a "click" sound, indicating that the measurement force is constant.
6. Read measurement values directly from the LCD screen.
7. After the measurement is complete, press the power button to turn off the display to save power.
Notice
• Please check whether the zero position of the Micrometer is correct before use, and calibrate if there is any deviation.
• During measurement, keep the measurement surface of the measuring anvil and the measuring screw clean and in parallel contact with the measured surface.
• Swirl/spin force measuring device (ratchet) until it makes a sound, do not use excessive force, so as not to damage the precision thread or affect the accuracy.
• Avoid use in oily, dusty or strong magnetic field environments to prevent affecting Measurement accuracy or damaging electronic components.
• When not in use for a long time, please remove the battery, wipe the Micrometer clean and store it in a special box.
• Do not disassemble by yourself. If there is a failure, it should be sent to a professional organization for repair.
