Principle
The FA124C Electronic Analytical Balance operates with a High Accuracy Electromagnetic equilibrating Sensor. When an object is placed on a pan, the Sensor generates an electrical signal that is processed to display the mass of the object on the LCD screen. Its electromagnetic equilibrating principle ensures High Accuracy and Fast Stability in measurement.
Applications
Scientific research, education, metallurgy
Standards
Precision level I
Steps
Place the Balance on a stable bench and connect it to a power supply (AC220V 50Hz or DC5V 2.5A).
2. Turn on the machine to warm up and wait for the Balance to stabilize.
3. Automatic calibration as required (the FA124C model supports fully automatic built-in weight calibrating).
4. Place the object to be weighed gently in the center of the pan (Ø 80mm).
5. Read the results after displaying numerical stability (Stabilization time ≤ 4s).
6. You can use functions such as unit conversion, percentage, counting, or hereafter.
7. To record data, you can connect to a computer or printer through the RS232C interface.
Notice
• Please use the Balance on a stable, horizontal, vibration-free countertop.
• Avoid use in environments with direct sunlight, airflow or strong electromagnetic interference.
• Make sure Balance is fully preheated and calibrated before weighing.
• When weighing objects, please handle them with care and do not exceed the Capacity range (120g).
• Keep the pan and Draft Shield clean and avoid direct contact with corrosive substances.
• Please turn off the power supply in time after use and perform regular maintenance.
