Steps
Place the Balance on a stable, horizontal countertop and connect it to a power supply (AC220V 50Hz or DC5V 2.5A).
2. Turn it on and warm up and wait for the system self-test to complete.
3. According to the Operating Environment, select the appropriate environment mode through Touchscreen.
4. Fully automatic built-in weight calibrating (Balance has this function).
5. Place the object to be weighed in the center of the pan (φ 80mm).
6. Wait for the reading to stabilize (Stabilization time ≤ 4s), read the measurement results through the Touchscreen, and perform unit conversion, percentage, counting and other operations.
7. For data recording, a computer or printer can be connected through the RS232 interface.
Notice
• Please place the Balance on a stable, vibration-free horizontal table.
• Avoid use in environments with direct sunlight, strong airflow or severe temperature fluctuations.
• Do not exceed the Capacity Range (220g) when weighing to prevent overload damage to the Sensor.
• Keep the pan clean and avoid direct contact with corrosive substances.
Automatic calibration is performed regularly to ensure Measurement accuracy.
When connecting external devices, ensure that the interfaces match and operate correctly.
• Please disconnect the power supply when cleaning, wipe with a soft dry cloth, and avoid the use of chemical solvents.
