Principle
The Electronic Analytical Balance uses an intelligent system composed of High Accuracy Sensor and a single-chip microcomputer to work. Steps
1. Place the Balance on a stable workbench and connect the power supply.
2. Turn it on and warm up, until it shows stable.
3. Automatic calibration with external weight if calibrated.
4. Place the item to be weighed gently in the center of the pan.
5. Read or record data after the reading is stable.
6. When using the peeling function, place the container first, press the peeling button to return to zero, and then add the item for weighing.
7. External devices can be connected through RS232C interface for data output.
Notice
• Please place the Balance on a horizontal working surface that is stable, vibration-free, and free from strong airflow interference.
• Ambient Temperature should be between 15 ℃~ 30 ℃, and the temperature fluctuation is not more than 5 ℃/h, and the relative humidity is 40%~ 80%.
• Do not use more than the maximum weighing capacity (200g) to avoid damage to the Sensor.
• Handle with care when weighing to avoid Impact pan.
• Balance clean and avoid contact with corrosive substances.
• When not in use for a long time, please disconnect the power supply.
• When using external weight calibrating, make sure the weight is clean and accurate.
When connecting external devices, ensure that the interfaces match and operate correctly.
