Principle
The Electronic Analytical Balance is weighed by an intelligent system composed of High Accuracy Sensor and a single-chip microcomputer. The Sensor converts the weight signal into an electrical signal, and after processing by the microcomputer, the measurement results are clearly displayed on the high-definition LCD screen.

Steps
1. Place the Balance on a stable, level surface.
Connect the power supply (AC110V or AC220V, 50Hz/60Hz).
3. Preheat the machine and weigh it after stabilization (Stabilization time ≤ 5 seconds).
4. Automatic calibration with external weight (specification 200g) for calibrating.
5. Place the item to be weighed on the pan (size φ 90mm).
6. Read the stable reading on the LCD display, you can switch the Measurement unit (g, mg, ct, ozt) or use the counting function as needed.
7. Net weight using peeling function.
8. Data can be recorded and processed by connecting a computer or printer through an RS232 interface.
Notice
• Working Ambient Temperature is 15 ℃~ 30 ℃, and the temperature fluctuation is not more than 5 ℃/h.
• The relative humidity of the working environment is 40% to 80%.
• Do not use more than the maximum weighing capacity (300g) to avoid damage to the Sensor.
• Minimum Weight is 20mg, below which may affect weighing accuracy.
• Make sure the Balance is stable before weighing (Stabilization time ≤ 5 seconds).
• Use Draft Shield to reduce the effect of airflow symmetry.
• Power supply voltage matching (AC110V or AC220V).
