Overview
The PUSHEN PS 2924 Digital Display Micrometer is a precision measurement tool for rapid measurement of sample inner diameter, outer diameter, depth and steps, supporting direct and comparative measurements. The product is made of all stainless steel and has the function of interchanging metric and imperial units.

Principle
Mechanical displacement of the ruler body is converted into an electrical signal by the built-in electronic Sensor, and the measurement result is directly displayed in digital form on the LCD screen after processing, so as to realize fast and intuitive reading.

Steps
1. Press the power button to turn on the Digital Micrometer.
2. Choose metric (mm) or imperial (inch) units according to measurement needs.
3. Clean the measurement surface and the surface of the workpiece to be tested.
4. Perform measurement: When measuring the outer diameter, the outer measurement claw is stuck on the workpiece; when measuring the inner diameter, use the inner measurement claw; when measuring the depth or step, use depth rod.
5. Gently move the ruler frame to make the measurement surface fit the measured surface and read the stable value on the display screen.
6. After the measurement is completed, press the power button to turn off the power.
Notice
• Please check the battery level before use to ensure that the display is normal.
• When measuring, the measurement surface should be parallel or perpendicular to the measured surface to avoid tilting.
When moving the ruler frame, it should be smooth to avoid severe or rapid impact.
• Clean the measurement surface after use and store it in a drying environment.
• When not in use for a long time, please remove the battery to prevent leakage and corrosion.
