Overview
TS series Hydrostatic Balance is an Electronic Balance composed of a strain Sensor and a microcomputer. It is mainly composed of Electronic Balance and a hydrostatic device. It has the characteristics of rapid weighing and high Stability. It adopts STN LCD/LED display, which is simple and convenient to operate. It is mainly used for density and volume testing of solid samples. The product can be weighed up and down, and is suitable for highways, transportation, road construction projects, Universities & colleges and laboratories to test gravel and pebble density.
Features
1. High-definition LCD screen, clear display.
2. Built-in rechargeable battery.
3. With RS232 interface, it can be connected to computers, printers and other equipment.
4. Precision casting aluminum alloy water purification frame, corrosion resistance.
Principle
Based on the combination of strain Sensor and microcomputer technology, this product uses the principle of Archimedes to calculate the density and volume of the solid sample by measuring the weight difference of the solid sample in air neutralizing water through the combination of Electronic Balance and hydrostatic device.
Applications
Highways, Transportation, Roadworks, Universities & colleges, Laboratories
Steps
1. Place the Balance on a stable bench, connect the power supply or use the built-in battery.
2. Install hydrostatic devices (water purification racks, buckets, hanging baskets).
3. Preheat the machine and calibrate (if necessary).
4. The solid sample to be tested is weighed in air and the weight is recorded.
5. Immerse the sample in water (using a hanging basket), weigh it again, and record the weight in the water.
6. Calculate the density and volume of the sample based on the two weighing results.
Notice
• Please place the Balance on a stable, vibration-free workbench for use.
• Please ensure that the power connection is stable or the battery is fully charged before use.
• Please clean and dry the hydrostatic devices (such as buckets and hanging baskets) in time after use to prevent corrosion.
• When the sample is immersed in water, ensure that it is completely immersed and free of bubbles.
• Do not exceed Balanced Capacity (5000g).
• Avoid use in strong electromagnetic interference or humid environments.
• Please use a soft dry cloth when cleaning to avoid liquids entering the inside of the instrument.
