Overview
LC-MH-300A Solid Density Meter is a direct reading density measuring instrument. It adopts the principle of Archimedes' water replacement method to directly measure the density, volume and average weight in air and water of solid, granular, thin film, floating, powder and other samples. This machine is suitable for rubber, plastic, Wire and cable, food, composite, cosmetics, shoe material, Glass, precious metal Hardware recycling and other industries.
Features
1. Directly read the density and volume of any solid block, particle, floating body with a density > 1 or < 1.
2. With temperature compensation setting and solution compensation setting functions, the operation is more user-friendly and meets the needs of on-site operations.

4. The integrated forming corrosion-resistant large sink design is adopted to reduce the error caused by the buoyancy of the hanging rail line and facilitate the testing of larger block objects.

Principle
The Density Meter works on the principle of Aquimide's water displacement method. By measuring the weight of the sample in air and completely submerged in a liquid of known density (usually water), the volume of the sample is calculated using the principle of buoyancy, and its density value is directly derived.

Steps
1. Place the sample on a measurement table, weigh it in air, and record the average weight.
2. Immerse the sample completely in water (or a set solution), weigh it in water, and record the average weight.
3. The instrument automatically calculates and directly displays the density value and volume of the sample according to the principle of Archimedes.
Notice
• Please ensure that the instrument is placed horizontally before use.
• According to the test requirements, correctly set the temperature compensation value and density compensation value of the solution.
• Ensure that the sample is completely submerged and free of bubbles when immersed in the liquid.
When testing larger objects, make sure there is enough room in the sink.
• Regularly clean the measurement table and sink to avoid residues affecting the Measurement accuracy.
