Overview
LICHEN LC-XF-300L Liquid Density Meter is designed according to the principle of Archimedes buoyancy method, in line with GB/T21862, GB/T15223, GB/T6750, ASTMD1475, ISO 2811-2, ISO1675, DIN53217-3 and other standards. The instrument is mainly used for measurement of chemical solutions, additives, suspensions, emulsions, dispersions, solutions of the same configuration, mouthwashes, pharmaceuticals and other high viscosity, suspensions, emulsions, colloids density.
Features
1. Any solution can be quickly measured, and the operation is in one step, which is convenient for multiple continuous rapid tests.
2. With density upper and lower limit functions, it can determine whether the specific gravity of the object to be measured is qualified or not, and a buzzer device is provided.
3. Convenient sampling, the measured sample only needs 50CC, digital display, Measurement accuracy is high, easy to operate, stable and durable.
4. The measurement cup is easy to clean, and is not limited by the small diameter of the Specific Gravity bottle. It can be used with repeability, and disposable measurement cups can also be used.
5. With RS-232C communication interface, easy to connect PC and printer, optional XF-68 printer to print measurement data.
6. Bring your own battery and configure Draft Shield, which is more suitable for field testing.
Principle
The liquid Density Meter is based on the principle of Archimedes buoyancy method and adopts the impregnated ball volume displacement method for measurement. By measuring the buoyancy change of the standard ball immersed in the liquid, combined with the design of a special specific gravity meter, the density value of the liquid to be measured is accurately calculated.
Applications
Chemical solutions, additives, suspensions, emulsions, dispersions, isomorphic solutions, mouthwashes, pharmaceuticals, high viscosity liquids, colloids
