Overview
LICHEN LC-MDJ-600T Powder Density Meter is a powder true density tester designed according to ASTM, GB/T, MPIF, JIS, DIN and ISO standards using the volume replacement method of Archimedes principle. The instrument calculates density through three variables and is suitable for metallurgical powder, Toner, coke graphite, magnetic material, biological, milk powder, high new energy materials, plastics, food ingredients and other industries.

Principle
The Powder Density Meter is designed using the Archimedes principle of volume displacement, by measuring the mass of the sample and its mass difference in the air neutralizing liquid (i.e., the volume of the liquid expelled), combined with three key variables to calculate the true density of the sample.
