Overview
LICHEN LC-XF-120FM Powder Density Meter is a powder true density tester designed according to ASTM, GB/T, MPIF, JIS, DIN and ISO standards using the volume replacement method of Archimedes principle. It calculates density through three variables and is suitable for metallurgical powder, Toner, coke graphite, magnetic material, biological, milk powder, high new energy materials, plastics, food ingredients and other industries.

Principle
The powder Density Meter uses the volume displacement method of the Archimedes principle to calculate the true density of the powder by measuring the mass of the powder in air and the buoyancy in the liquid, combining three variables (powder mass, liquid density, buoyancy).
