XFMD-2201B Touch Screen Solid Density Meter is a precision measuring instrument using the principle of Archimedes water replacement method. This machine is mainly used in rubber, plastic, Wire and cable, oil bearing, composite, cosmetics, shoe material, Glass, Precious metal Hardware recycling, powder metallurgy materials, magnetic materials and other industries. It can directly read the average weight in air, average weight in water, density value and volume of solid, granular, thin film, floating body, powder sample.

Principle
XFMD-2201B Touch Screen Solid Density Meter uses Archimedes' water displacement method for measurement. By measuring the weight of the sample in air and the weight in water, the volume of the sample is calculated according to the buoyancy principle, and then the density value is obtained.

Steps
1. Place the sample on a measurement table, weigh it in air, and record the average weight.
2. Immerse the sample in water and weigh its average weight in the water.
3. The instrument automatically calculates and directly reads the density value and volume of the sample according to the measured data.
