Overview
XFMD-1201G Touch screen liquid Density Meter is a High Accuracy measuring instrument designed based on the principle of Archimedes buoyancy method. It is suitable for fine chemicals, chemical solutions, modern energy, petroleum fuels, chemical Reagents, paints Coatings, asphalt, inks, Resin, chemical oils, edible oils, beverages and other liquids, including flowability, volatility, corrosion, high temperature, suspension, emulsification, acidic, alkaline and saline liquids.
Features
1. High Accuracy Weighing Sensor, weighing accuracy of 0.001g, density resolution of 0.0001g/cm ³.
2. Equipped with dedicated Density Meter software to ensure accurate and reliable measurement values.
3. Adopt touch screen operation, intuitive interface and convenient operation.
4. Application of Archimedes' impregnated ball volume replacement method, Measuring method science.
Principle
The liquid Density Meter works according to the principle of Archimedes buoyancy method. Through the change of buoyancy of the impregnated ball in the liquid to be measured, and with special software, the density value of the liquid is accurately calculated.
Applications
Fine Chemicals, Chemical Solutions, Modern Energy, Petroleum Fuels, Chemical Reagents, paints Coatings, asphalt, inks, Resin, Chemical Oils, Edible Oils, Beverages
Standards
GB/T21862、GB/T15223、GB/T6750、ASTMD1475、ISO2811-2、ISO1675、DIN53217-3
Steps
1. Place the instrument on a stable workbench and turn it on to warm up.
2. Use standard weight to calibrate.
3. Place the liquid to be tested in the measurement container.
4. Immerse the impregnated ball into the liquid to be tested.
5. Start the measurement program on the touch screen to read and record the density value.
Notice
• Please ensure that the instrument is placed in a stable, vibration-free environment.
• The instrument needs to be fully preheated and calibrated before measurement.
• Select the appropriate measurement vessel and impregnation ball according to the properties of the liquid to be tested (such as corrosion, high temperature, etc.).
• Avoid liquid splashing into the inside of the instrument, and clean the impregnated ball and container in time after measurement.
• Please strictly follow the operation steps for measurement to ensure data accuracy.
