Overview
XFMD-3205K touch screen gold purity tester is a precision instrument designed based on the principle of Archimedes water replacement method, which is suitable for the purity determination of gold and precious metals. The instrument conforms to the national GB/T1423 noble metal purity determination method specification. Measurement range is 0.005~ 300g, density accuracy can reach 0.001g/cm ³.

Principle
The instrument uses the principle of aquimide water displacement method for measurement. By measuring the weight of the sample in air neutralized in water, the density of the sample is calculated according to the principle of buoyancy, and then its purity is analyzed.

Steps
1. Place the instrument on a stable bench and turn it on.
2. Use the touch screen for parameter settings.
3. Weigh the sample in air and record it.
4. Submerge the sample completely in water (using an auxiliary tool such as a hanging basket) and weigh it again.
5. The instrument automatically calculates and displays the density and purity results based on the two weighing data.

• Please ensure that the instrument is placed in a stable, vibration-free environment.
• Before measurement, ensure that the surface of the sample is clean, drying and free of attachments.
• When the sample is immersed in water, it must be completely submerged without touching the container wall or bottom.
• Use appropriate assistive tools (e.g. hanging baskets) and ensure their stability during the measurement process.
• Regularly calibrate the instrument to ensure Measurement accuracy.
• Do not use corrosive liquids as a medium.
