Overview
XFMD-12001K touch screen gold purity tester is a precision measuring instrument using the principle of Archimedes water replacement method, which is suitable for jewelry industry, bank, pawn shop industry and gold and precious metal research laboratory. The instrument conforms to the national GB/T1423 precious metal purity determination method specification, and refers to GB/T533, ISO2781, ASTMD297-93, DIN 53479, ASTMD792, D618, D891, ISO1183, GB/T1033, ASTM D792-00, JISK6530 and many other standards.
Features
1. Adopt touch screen operation, the interface is intuitive and convenient.
2. Based on the principle of aquimide water displacement method, the measurement is accurate and reliable.
3. Comply with the national GB/T1423 specification for the determination of purity of precious metals.
4. Measurement range, suitable for a variety of weight specifications of the sample.
Principle
Based on the principle of aquimide's water displacement method, the instrument calculates the density of the sample by measuring the weight of the sample in air neutralized in water, and then determines the purity of precious metals such as gold according to the relationship between density and purity.
Applications
Jewelry, banking, pawnshops, gold and precious metals research laboratories
Standards
GB/T533、ISO2781、ASTMD297-93、DIN 53479、ASTMD792、D618、D891、ISO1183、GB/T1033、ASTM D792-00、JISK6530、GB/T1423
Steps
1. Place the instrument on a stable workbench and turn it on to warm up.
2. Use standard weight to calibrate.
3. Weigh the sample in air and record the weight.
4. Immerse the sample in water (make sure it is completely submerged and bubble-free), weigh its weight in the water and record.
5. The instrument automatically calculates and displays the density and purity of the sample according to the measured data.
Notice
• Please ensure that the instrument is placed in a stable, vibration-free environment.
• The instrument needs to be fully preheated and calibrated before measurement.
• When the sample is immersed in water, ensure that it is completely immersed and free of bubbles attached to the surface.
• Please select the appropriate model according to the weight and density accuracy requirements of the sample.
• Avoid liquid splashing into the instrument during operation.
• Regularly clean and maintain instruments to ensure Measurement accuracy.
