Overview
XFMD-1201K touch screen gold purity tester is a precision measuring instrument using the principle of Archimedes water replacement method. It is suitable for jewelry industry, bank, pawnshop industry and gold precious metal research laboratory, used to determine the purity of gold and other precious metals, in line with the national GB/T1423 precious metal purity determination method specification.
Features
1. Using touch screen operation, human-machine interaction is convenient.
2. Based on the principle of aquimi's water displacement method, the measurement is accurate.
3. Measurement accuracy of high density, up to 0.0001g/cm ³.
4. The weighing range covers 0.001g to 120g to meet a variety of sample measurement requirements.
5. Comply with a number of international and national standards.
Principle
The instrument is based on the principle of aquimide's water displacement method. By measuring the weight of the sample in air and the weight completely immersed in water, the density of the sample is calculated using the buoyancy formula, and then the purity of precious metals such as gold is determined according to the relationship between material density and purity.
Applications
Jewelry, banking, pawnshops, gold and precious metals research laboratories
Standards
GB/T533、ISO2781、ASTMD297-93、DIN 53479、ASTMD792、D618、D891、ISO1183、GB/T1033、ASTM D792-00、JISK6530、GB/T1423
Steps
1. Place the instrument on a stable workbench and turn it on to warm up.
2. Use standard weights to calibrate to ensure measurement accuracy.
3. Place the gold sample to be tested in air and weigh it, and record the weight value.
4. Immerse the sample completely in water (ensure no bubbles adhere) and record its weight value in water.
5. The instrument automatically calculates and displays the density and purity analysis results of the sample based on the two weighing data.
Notice
• The instrument should be placed in a stable, vibration-free and strong electromagnetic interference-free environment.
• Make sure the instrument is fully preheated and calibrated before measurement.
• When the sample is immersed in water, it must be completely immersed and the surface is free of bubbles, otherwise it will affect the Measurement accuracy.
• Regularly clean the measurement table and sink to prevent impurities from affecting the measurement results.
• Do not use corrosion liquids or samples that exceed the range of the instrument for measurement.
• Handle with care to avoid Impact on Sensor.
• Please refer to the instructions for standardized operation, and non-professionals should not disassemble the instrument.
