The NDJ-8S digital display Viscometer is an upgraded product of the LICHEN brand rotational viscometer. The instrument adopts professional mechanical design, manufacturing process and microcomputer control technology, the data collection is correct, and it is equipped with a blue backlit high-luminance LCD display screen for clear display. It has the characteristics of high measurement Sensitivity, reliable test results, easy operation, and beautiful appearance. It is suitable for measurement of absolute viscosity of Newtonian liquids and apparent relative viscosity of non-Newtonian liquids.

Principle
This product is a rotational viscometer based on the Tack resistance moment experienced by the rotor when swirling/spinning in the liquid. The resistance is measured by a microcomputer control system, and the viscosity value of the liquid is calculated according to the set speed and rotor specification, which is finally clearly displayed on the digital display screen.

Steps
1. According to the estimated viscosity range of the measured liquid, select the appropriate rotor number and speed with reference to the instrument parameters (or use the automatic transmission function).
2. Install the selected rotor to ensure a stable connection through the universal joint.
3. Use the lifting system to adjust the height of the instrument and immerse the rotor in the liquid to be measured to the specified mark.
4. Turn on the power and select the operating language (Chinese/English).
5. Start the measurement, observe the display screen, and record the measurement results after the vertical bar cursor is full and the reading is stable.
Notice
* The instrument should be used in an environment with allowable Operating temperature (5~ 35 ° C) and relative humidity (≤ 80%).
* Power supply voltage must meet the requirements of AC 220V +/- 10%, 50Hz +/- 10%.
Rotors are precision components that should be cleaned and properly stored after use.
* For measurement of non-Newtonian liquids, the result is apparent relative viscosity.
Make sure the lifting system runs smoothly to avoid collisions.
* Dimension of the instrument is 370 * 325 * 280mm, weight 6.8kg, need to be placed on a stable table for use.
