Overview
The LICHEN LC-TN-1/2 Mini Stirrer is a laboratory instrument for liquid mixing, mainly for stirring liquids or solid-liquid mixtures with low viscosity consistency. It uses a magnetic field to push the magnetic stirrer in the container to rotate in a circle to achieve the purpose of stirring. This model is designed for a single station and has a compact and lightweight structure.
Features
1. New mixing technology, suitable for unmanned operation.
2. It can automatically determine whether the stirrer has escaped and recaptured.
3. Backlit LCD LCD display for easy reading.
4. Adopt fuzzy logic control and microprocessing foundation to ensure control accuracy.
5. Multiple operation modes ensure stable mixing function.
6. With safe temperature control, it can achieve unmanned operation.
7. External PT100 temperature sensor can be used.
8. After the experiment, the thermal warning screen shows the residual temperature of the heating plate.
9. Connect to a PC through the RS232 interface.
10. With two independent safety circuits, independent temperature sensor detection, hearth temperature can be set.
Principle
Magnetic Stirrer uses the same-sex repulsion and opposite-sex attraction principle of the magnetic field to promote the circular operation of the magnetic stirrer placed in the container through the swirl/spin magnetic field generated inside the instrument, so as to achieve the purpose of stirring the liquid.
Applications
Laboratory liquid mixing, solid-liquid mixture stirring
Standards
DIN EN 60529 IP 42
Steps
1. Place the instrument on a stable surface.
2. Place the container containing the sample and stirrer in the center of the work plate.
3. Turn on the power supply.
4. Set the desired Rotation speed (0-2500rpm) through the control panel.
Step 5 Start stirring.
6. After the experiment, turn off the power and clean up after the instrument is chilled down.
Notice
• Do not use under conditions exceeding the Permissible Ambient Temperature (5-40 ° C) or relative humidity (80%).
• Please make sure that the stirrer is in good contact with the bottom of the container to avoid idling or violent beating.
• Maximum capacity should not exceed 2L.
• Please pay attention to the possible residual temperature of the working disc after use to avoid burns.
• Please disconnect the power supply when cleaning to avoid liquids entering the instrument.
• Please use a stirrer that meets the specifications (maximum length 30mm).
