Principle

Steps
1. Select a working disc of the appropriate size and shape (disc or square disc) according to your requirements.
2. Put the magnetic stirrer into the container to be stirred.
3. Place the container in the center of the work plate.
4. Connect the power supply and turn on the device.
5. Set the required stirring Rotation speed (100-1600rpm) and heating temperature (room temperature -380 ° C) through the device panel or PC (connected through RS232 interface).
6. For higher accuracy temperature control, external PT100 temperature sensor can be connected.
7. Start the mixing and heating function, the equipment will run automatically, and can realize unmanned operation.
8. After the experiment, the heat warning screen of the equipment will display the residual temperature of the heating plate, please pay attention to safety.
Notice
* Please ensure that the Ambient Temperature is used under the conditions of 5-40 ° C and relative humidity ≤ 80%.
Do not stir more than Max. stirring Capacity (20L) or use stirrers longer than the maximum length (80mm).
* The heating plate temperature is high, please pay attention to the thermal warning screen prompt after the experiment to avoid burns.
