Overview
LC-SMS-HS Standard Magnetic heating Stirrer is a laboratory instrument for liquid mixing, mainly used for stirring or simultaneous heating of low viscosity liquids or solid-liquid mixtures. It uses a magnetic field to push the stirrer to operate, and with the heating temperature Control system, it can heat and control the sample temperature according to the experimental requirements to maintain the experimental conditions.

Principle
The basic principle of Magnetic Stirrer is to use the principle of same-sex repulsion and opposite-sex attraction of the magnetic field to push the magnetic stirrer placed in the container to operate in a circle, so as to achieve the purpose of stirring the liquid. With the heating temperature Control system, the heating and sample temperature can be controlled according to the specific experimental requirements, and the temperature conditions required for the experimental conditions can be maintained to ensure that the liquid mixing meets the experimental requirements.

Steps
1. Select a working disc of the appropriate size and shape (disc or square disc) according to your requirements.
2. Put the magnetic stirrer into the container to be stirred.
3. Place the container in the center of the Stirrer work plate.
4. Connect the power supply and turn on the device.
5. Set the required stirring Rotation speed and heating temperature through the device panel or connected PC (via RS232 interface).
6. Start stirring and heating function.
7. After the experiment, the heat warning screen of the equipment will display the residual temperature of the heating plate, please pay attention to safety.
8. Turn off the power of the equipment and clean up the scene.
Notice
* Please ensure that the Ambient Temperature is used under the conditions of 5-40 ° C and relative humidity ≤ 80%.
* Do not exceed Max. stirring Capacity 20L and maximum stirring length 80mm.
* The heating plate temperature is high, please pay attention to the display of the heat warning screen after the experiment to avoid burns.
* When using the external PT100 temperature sensor, please connect it correctly.
The device has an IP 42 Protection Rating, but care is still required to avoid large amounts of liquid splashing.
Do not place items unrelated to the experiment on the device.
* When cleaning, please disconnect the power first and wait for the equipment to chill down completely.
