Overview
Standard Magnetic Stirrer (model: LC-SMS-S) is a laboratory instrument for liquid mixing, mainly used for stirring or simultaneous heating of liquids or solid-liquid mixtures with low viscosity consistency. The basic principle is to use the principle of same-sex repulsion and opposite-sex attraction of magnetic fields to push the magnetic stirrer placed in the container to rotate in a circle, so as to achieve the purpose of stirring the liquid.

Principle
Magnetic Stirrer uses the principle of same-sex repulsion and opposite-sex attraction of the magnetic field to drive the magnetic stirrer placed in the container to perform circular motion through the swirl/spin magnetic field generated inside the instrument, so as to achieve the purpose of stirring the liquid.

Steps
1. Place the container to be stirred on the working plate.
2. Put the appropriate size magnetic stirrer into the liquid in the container.
3. Turn on the power supply.
4. Rotation speed through the control panel.
5. Start the equipment and start stirring.
6. After the experiment, the heat warning screen of the equipment will display the residual temperature of the heating plate, please pay attention to safety.
7. It can be connected to a PC through the RS232 interface for operation or data transmission.
Notice
* Please ensure that the Ambient Temperature is used under the conditions of 5-40 ° C and relative humidity ≤ 80%.
* Please choose the appropriate stirrer (maximum length 80mm) according to the stirring amount (maximum 20L) and viscosity.
* The working disc is available in nano ceramic disc or square disc, please choose according to the shape of the container.
The equipment has the function of automatically recapturing the stirrer, but please ensure that the stirrer is placed correctly.
* After the experiment, please pay attention to the residual temperature of the heating plate displayed on the thermal warning screen to avoid burns.
* The equipment has a safe temperature control function, but it is still necessary to ensure the safety of the environment when unmanned operation.
* More precise temperature control with external PT100 temperature sensor (if applicable).
