Overview
The standard Magnetic Stirrer LC-MSH-2L is a laboratory instrument for liquid mixing, mainly for stirring low viscosity liquid or solid-liquid mixtures. It uses a magnetic field to push the magnetic stirrer in the container to rotate in a circle to achieve the purpose of stirring.
Features
1. Equipped with new mixing technology, suitable for unmanned operation.
2. Escaped stirrers can be automatically identified and recaptured.
3. The working plate is made of stainless steel and has a size of 160mm * 160mm square plate.
4. Backlit LCD LCD display for easy reading.
5. Adopt fuzzy logic control and microprocessing foundation to ensure control accuracy.
6. Multiple operation modes ensure stable mixing function.
7. With safe temperature control, it can achieve unmanned operation.
8. External PT100 temperature sensor can be used.
9. After the experiment, the thermal warning screen shows the residual temperature of the heating plate.
10. Connect to PC via RS232 interface.
11. With two independent safety circuits, independent temperature sensor detection, hearth temperature can be set.
Principle
The basic principle of Magnetic Stirrer is to use the same-sex repulsion and opposite-sex attraction principle of the magnetic field to push the magnetic stirrer placed in the container to operate in a circle, so as to achieve the purpose of stirring the liquid.
Applications
Laboratory liquid mixing, solid-liquid mixture stirring
Standards
DIN EN 60529 IP 42
Steps
1. Put the stirrer into the container to be stirred.
2. Place the container in the center of the work plate.
3. Turn on the power and set the required Rotation speed through the control panel.
4. Start the equipment and start stirring.
5. After the mixing is completed, turn off the power and remove the container and stirrer.
Notice
• Please ensure that the working Ambient Temperature is between 5-40 ° C and the relative humidity does not exceed 80%.
• Do not stir liquids that exceed Max. stirring Capacity (2L) or have high consistency.
• Please use a designated stirrer with a length of no more than 30mm.
When the equipment is running, do not touch the working disc to prevent burns or interference with the magnetic field.
Before cleaning the equipment, be sure to disconnect the power supply.
• Do not use this equipment in a flammable and explosive environment.
