Overview
The LICHEN LC-MAG-HS18 digital magnetic heating Stirrer is a laboratory instrument for liquid mixing, mainly used for stirring or simultaneous heating stirring of liquids or solid-liquid mixtures with low viscosity consistency. It uses a magnetic field to push the stirrer to operate, and cooperates with a heating temperature Control system to maintain the temperature conditions required for the experiment and ensure the mixing effect of the liquid.

Principle
The basic principle of Magnetic Stirrer is to use the same-sex repulsion and opposite-sex attraction principle of the magnetic field to push the magnetic stirrer placed in the container to operate in a circle through the magnetic field generated by the instrument, so as to achieve the purpose of stirring the liquid. With the heating temperature Control system, the heating and sample temperature can be controlled according to the experimental requirements.

Steps
1. Put the magnetic stirrer into the container to be stirred.
2. Place the container in the center of the work plate.
3. Turn on the power and set the required Rotation speed and temperature through the control panel.
4. Start the equipment and start stirring or heating.
5. After the experiment, the equipment will warn the residual temperature of the heating plate, and clean it after it is cooled down.
Notice
• Please ensure that the Ambient Temperature is used at 5-40 ° C and the relative humidity is ≤ 80%.
• The maximum length of the stirrer is 80mm, and the Max. stirring Capacity is 20L. Please do not use it beyond the limit.
• Temperature range of heating plate is 100-500 ℃, please pay attention to setting when using.
• The equipment has a thermal warning function. Please pay attention to the temperature of the heating plate after the experiment to avoid burns.
• The working plate is made of nano-ceramic material, please use it carefully to avoid bumping.
• The device has an IP 42 Protection Rating, but care should still be taken to avoid large splashes of liquids.
