JJ-1 25W powerbasic stirrer is a precision booster electric stirring equipment with stainless steel stirringrod, which has excellent corrosion resistance. Principle
The powerbasic stirrer is powered by a permanent magnet DC motor and coupled with a booster speed control circuit for precise control and stepless regulation of the stirring speed. The motor drives the stainless steel stirringrod swirl/spin to stir and mix liquids, and its powerful power design enables it to handle high viscosity liquids. Stability and monitoring of the stirring process are ensured by the mechanical timer and digital Rotation speed display.

Steps
Connect the device to an AC220V 50Hz power supply.
2. According to the stirring demand, set the required stirring speed (0~ 3000rpm) through the speed control knob.
3. If you need to stir regularly, set the stirring time by mechanical timer (0~ 9999 minutes).
4. Start the equipment and start the mixing operation.
5. After the mixing is completed, turn off the power of the equipment.
Notice
• Please ensure that the Power Supply is AC220V 50Hz, which matches the rated parameters of the device.
• Please check whether the stirringrod is firmly installed before operation.
• Do not touch the swirl/spin stirringrod when the device is running.
• Choose the appropriate stirring speed according to the liquid viscosity and volume to avoid overload.
• Regularly clean and maintain equipment, especially stirringrod parts.
• If you need to operate away, please use the matching control box.
