Overview
JJ-1 40W powerbasic stirrer is a product of JJ series precision powerbasic stirrer. It adopts stainless steel stirringrod and has excellent corrosion resistance. The equipment is easy to operate and runs smoothly, which can realize stepless speed regulation. Its super powerful motor can carry out precise and stable stirring of high viscosity liquid solutions in a wide speed range. Rotation speed has digital display, accurate and intuitive, especially suitable for stirring large volume samples. It is a required tool for petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, Spinning & weaving, food, environmental protection, biochemical laboratories, analysis laboratories, education and scientific research.

Principle
The powerbasic stirrer drives the stirringrod swirl/spin with a permanent magnet DC motor. At its core, it is equipped with a booster speed control circuit, which not only provides stepless speed regulation, but also enhances the output torque of the motor when required, so as to achieve effective stirring of high viscosity liquids. Mechanical timers are used to control the running time of the equipment.

Steps
Connect the device to an AC220V 50Hz power supply.
2. Install the appropriate stirringrod as required.
3. Set the required stirring Rotation speed (0~ 3000rpm) through the speed control knob.
4. If timing is required, set the running time by mechanical timer (0~ 9999 minutes).
5. Start the equipment and start stirring.
6. Turn off the power after stirring.
Notice
• Make sure the Power Supply is AC220V 50Hz.
• Please confirm that the stirringrod is firmly installed before stirring.
• Please operate smoothly when adjusting the speed to avoid sudden changes in Rotation speed.
• Do not touch the swirl/spin parts while the device is running.
• Clean the stirringrod immediately after use.
• For remote operation, please use the matching control box.
