Overview
JB60-SH Digital Display Constant Speed Stirrer is an experimental equipment suitable for biology, physics and chemistry, cosmetics, health products, food and other fields. It is mainly used for liquid/liquid mixing and emulsification, as well as liquid/solid powder dispersion and pulping. The equipment consists of a stirring drive host and a rack. Principle
The Stirrer is powered by a micro-motor in a high-density die-cast aluminum alloy housing that drives the stirring shaft swirl/spin. The motor Rotation speed is controlled by an electronic speed control circuit, and the real-time Rotation speed is directly displayed through the digital display screen. The open rack design allows for the placement of different size containers, and the stirringrod is fixed by the rolling head to realize the mixing, emulsification, dispersion and slurry of liquid or liquid-solid mixtures in the container.

Steps
Place the device on a stable bench and connect it to a 220V power supply.
2. Select the appropriate container according to the experimental requirements and place it under the open rack.
3. Install the stirringrod to the rolling head at the end of the stirring shaft and fix it.
4. Adjust the position of the stirringrod so that it is immersed in the medium to be stirred.
5. Turn on the power supply, set the required Rotation speed (100-3000rpm range) through the electronic speed control circuit, and observe the digital display to confirm the Rotation speed.
6. Start the mixing experiment, and the Rotation speed can be adjusted at any time during the experiment.
7. After the experiment, turn off the power, remove the stirringrod and clean it.
Notice
• Please ensure that the Power supply voltage is 220V and the rated Frequency is 50Hz, which is consistent with the equipment requirements.
• Equipment Duty Cycle is intermittent, do not run continuously for a long time to avoid overheating of the motor.
• Stirringrod installation must be secure to prevent peeling at high speed swirling/spinning.
• During the mixing process, make sure the container is firmly placed to prevent dumping.
When cleaning the equipment, please disconnect the power supply to avoid liquid entering the motor or circuit.
• Do not touch the swirl/spin stirring shaft or stirringrod while the device is running to prevent injury.
• Device weight is 17kg, please pay attention to safety when moving.
