Overview
TQC VF2125 wide-channel Fineness Gauge is a stainless steel single-channe Grindometer produced by the Dutch TQC brand. The groove width is larger than that of the general single-channe Grindometer, and it has the advantage of High Accuracy, with an accuracy of +/- 2 microns. The product is made of Swiss 1.2805 tool steel, which is more Abrasion Resistance and corrosion resistance than ordinary stainless steel. The surface is meticulous, smooth and easy to maintain. The use process can be handled by hand. Fineness Gauge is designed for wide grooves and has two different parameters: micron and Hegman, which belong to the graded slope design.
Features
1. Wide groove design, the groove width is 37mm, which is larger than the general single-channe Grindometer
2. High Accuracy with +/- 2 micron accuracy
3. Material is Swiss 1.2805 Tool Steel, Good Abrasion Resistance and Corrosion Resistance
4. The surface is fine, smooth, and easy to maintain
5. Handheld operation, easy to use
6. Graded slope design with micrometer and Hegemann parameters
7. With calibrated certificate
Principle
In the process of fineness detection, pigments need to be ground into finer particles in order to disperse in the fluid equipment. The physical properties of the final dispersion are called "Fineness", which depends on the actual size and degree of dispersion of the individual particles. Using pigment Fineness Gauge can quickly measure pigment Fineness.
Applications
Paints, Paints, Pigments, Raw Materials, Plastics, Printing inks, Chocolate, Pottery and porcelain, paper, Food
Standards
ASTM D1210、ASTM D1316、DIN 53203、DIN EN ISO NF21524、FTMS 141 a M.4411.1 ISO1524、NFT 30 046
Steps
1. Handheld Fineness Gauge
2. Place the sample in the Fineness Gauge
3. Use a drawdown blade to flatten the sample
4. Read the Fineness value, parameters include micron and Hegman
Notice
• Ensure Fineness Gauge Surface Clean and Smooth Before Use
