Overview
The TQC sheen AB3700 Film Applicator is a cube applicator for applying film of uniform film thickness. The product can be applied with 2 predetermined film thicknesses according to customer requirements and is particularly suitable for painting on test plates of Drying Time Recorder. The cube applicator comes standard with a guide plate. When used with a narrow Glass panel (AB3602), caster guides are not required. The guides can be easily removed with screws.

1. Made of ASAB Stavax ESR stainless steel tool steel, subjected to zero degree vacuum hardening (+ 1756 ° C to -70 ° C) with hardness of HRC 55

Principle
The Film Applicator scrapes evenly on the surface of the test plate with a cube applicator, and controls the film film thickness with a predetermined film thickness gap. The guide plate ensures stable stretching on the narrow Glass panel for an accurate Spreader process.

Steps
1. Place the cube applicator on the surface of the test board
2. Use guides to ensure stable stretching on narrow Glass panels
3. Evenly scrape paint film to predetermined Film thickness
4. Clean the equipment after completion
